company_formation_istanbul.jpgThe procedure of incorporating a company in Istanbul is no different than in other cities in Turkey and it lasts approximately one week, if you submit the necessary documents at the local Trade Register. You will need the following documents:

- articles of association, after they have been notarized;
- the prove for the payment of 0.04% of the share capital to the Competition Authority;
- the signatures of the directors and other persons authorized to represent the company;
- the founders’ declaration;
- a certificate from the bank proving the payment of the minimum capital share;
- photos of the founders of the company.

You won’t have to go in person to Istanbul in order to register your company because you can contact our agents in company formation and they will help you with the incorporation. You will give them the power of attorney in order to act on behalf of you at the local Trade Register and take care of all the documents you need for opening your company.
